/ Supported cameras

Bring your own cameras. We'll do the rest.

The SeeUsPlay Rig is built around standard GoPros — so the camera that captures your game is the same one you can pull out for a vacation, a school project, or a sideline interview. Seven supported models, from the new 8K MISSION 1 down to the trusty HERO9 Black.

MISSION 1 — the new bar for sideline footage.

A 1″ sensor and 8K resolution bring unprecedented clarity to action on the far side of the field and around the goal line — for sharper highlights and cleaner film study. The MISSION body isn't identical to the Hero line, but it works with your existing SeeUsPlay Rig with no changes.

/ Pairing & supported modes

How to pair two cameras in the Rig.

Every mode below is a SeeUsPlay-supported subset of what the camera can shoot — we lock to 30fps, 16:9 for consistent cloud tracking. The two cameras in your Rig should match resolution.

/ Rule 01 · MISSION family

MISSION 1 + MISSION 1 (or Pro)

Pair any two MISSION cameras — MISSION 1 or MISSION 1 Pro — and SeeUsPlay records full 8K. Supported modes: 8K 30fps and 4K 30fps, both 16:9.

/ Rule 02 · Modern Hero

HERO11 / 12 / 13 Black

Any combination of HERO11, HERO12 or HERO13 Black works together. Supported modes: 5.3K 30fps and 4K 30fps, both 16:9.

/ Rule 03 · Legacy Hero

HERO9 ↔ HERO10

HERO9 and HERO10 can be paired together (or with another of the same model). HERO9 supports 5.1K 30fps and 4K 30fps. HERO10 supports 4K 30fps only.

The video modes listed above are what SeeUsPlay supports — not the full capabilities of the cameras. Each GoPro can shoot many more modes, framerates and aspect ratios than we use. SeeUsPlay records a focused subset (30fps, 16:9) tuned for sports cloud tracking and consistent results across the field.
/ Camera selection tips

Picking the right camera for your team.

The pyramid in the buying guide goes into more depth, but here's the short version.

/ Tier 01 · Elite

MISSION 1 · MISSION 1 Pro

Showcase footage, college recruiting, advanced game analysis. 8K delivers unprecedented clarity on the far sideline and around the goal line.

/ Tier 02 · Travel

HERO11 / 12 / 13 Black

Most travel and competitive teams. 5.3K is more than enough for a full-field crop and is the most popular SeeUsPlay configuration.

/ Tier 03 · Rec

HERO9 · HERO10 Black

Recreational and house-league teams, small fields and indoor courts. 4K is plenty for sideline replays and parent shareouts.
